Beginners luck

John looked exasperated. "You bloody well know that's not what I meant you insufferable bastard. Don't expect me to help you any time soon."

Sherlock was mumbling angry on his way down the stairs but didn't get far. In fact he was running up the stairs shortly after. "John! John!" He called, trying to find him.

"Bloody... WHAT?!?! What do you want Sherlock? I thought you were leaving. Why are you back?" John asked, his temper rising with the heat. "Seriously."

Sherlock was seen in the door, smiling brightly and everything from before was forgotten. "A klient John! Make room cause we got a klient!" He added as he pushed some things away.
Shortly after a young woman entered the room. Barely over 18.

"A client? That's... Woohoo..." John said sarcastically before sitting Sherlock down and rubbing his shoulders softly. "Don't say anything wrong or ill hit you, Sherlock." John looked up at the woman with a grin and reached a hand out to her. "John Watson."

"Im never wrong." Sherlock calmly said, getting seated as the woman shaked hands with John. "Amanda." She said with a little smile. "Amanda Hamilton."

"Well... Good day to you." John smiles at her before glaring at Sherlock. He sighed and sat on the settee

"Miss Hamilton, start from the begining. It must be important since you've come all the way from the lake district." Amanda looked up surprised, how did he know? She looked at John for some sort of explanation.
"Today, miss Hamilton. Make it quick." Sherlock said, but maneged to keep the annoyance out of his voice.

"Amanda... He's brilliant... Don't ask how he does it or he will really tell you." John smirked and ran a hand through his hair before standing up slightly. Amanda looked at Sherlock and John. "My... My father was murdered... By a lake monster." She looked up fearfully. "I... It's true..."

".... when why how and most importantly... why do you think it was a monster. Tell me your story." He said, urgent to get data.

"I saw it with my own two eyes you daft... Never mind. Umm... I think I told you everything. Except... Last night and... At the Lake District... We had gone fishin' and he got murdered by the creature." She said sadly. John had left the room to put on his black muscle tank on, leaving his scar on full show. "Ignore Sherlock... He gets rude when it's hot."

Sherlock ignored the comment and looked calmly at the girl. "Can you describe the monster for me. How did it look."

Amanda smirked. "I could be really mean right now but..." She looked scared and looked down at the ground. "It had glowing green eyes... Long..."

"Right..." Sherlock said, not amused and got up. "Well looks like we're leaving london after all."

"Jesus Christ...." John breathed, watching Sherlock. "Shall I get dressed more presentably for you, Sherlock?"

Sherlock looked at John confused. "... don't be so angry John. If you wanna look like a tourist then do so now. We're going to the lake district." He said, walking pass?him to pack his things.
