So, for the years thing I feel like Molly would be a bit younger. Like if Sherlock and John were 7th years she'd be a 6th, if they were 6th she'd be a 5th, etc

Sherlock shouldn't be too young (because at least Greg and Mycroft are older than him) but also not too young (because he should be respected). I would prefer Sherlock to be a 5th.
