Looking for a John (mystery)

So there was abit of a problem for my partner with that rp. Would someone want to replace her and as John ?
The summary : Sherlock and John are asked by Mycroft to investigate a criminal network threatening the peace of the Crown ? The network, acting in the shadows, calls himself "Complex vampire", seems to have members of great influence on its side and intends to "suck out the blood of monarchy".

I'll do it! I love your Sherlock's deductions already. Would this be mostly a gen rp then? No shippy business? (I am a Johnlocker at heart but I am fine with that as well. ) I'm not sure about the etiquette involved, but let me know and I'll be happy to jump in.

I will be happy to let you jump in . I'm not used to write "romance" rps, so it would be more than preferable if all Johnlock business was put aside (not that I'm against some hints, if it makes you happy and adds something to the story). Besides, the beginning has already been posted in the "traditional rps" section.

Sounds good! I'm fine with gen and it sounds like an interesting plot! I'm also fine with writing in extras or side characters as needed. I'll post around 6 when I get off work.

Oh and just one more question- what timeline are we working in? Is it pre-RF with John still living at Baker Street? That seems like the most suitable.
