[immediately looks up.] "MYCROFT! YOU BASTARD!" [punches him RIGHT in the nose, he looks extremely shocked and holds his nose] "May I be allowed to ask what exactly that was FOR, my dear?" "DON'T GIVE ME THAT SHIT! YOU KNOW PERFECTLY WELL WHAT THAT WAS FOR! Sherlock can be irritating, but that does NOT give you the right as an OLDER BROTHER to HIT him!"

"Ah. That. Yes. Hmm. How interesting that you are so defensive over a man that you are embarrassed found out that he made you sexually active this afternoon after he left to see me." [growls] "YOU SHUT THE FUCK UP! I AM NOT IN THE MOOD FOR YOUR PATHETIC SNIDING!"

[punches him in the chest, pulls violently on his shirt collar] "I don't know how you know and I don't care, but you will not EVER bring that up to my face again. Have you got that?!" "Indeed I have." "Good." [lets him go and leaves her office. Takes a deep breath, but her fists are still clenched and her anger is really aroused. She just needs to get away from everything. She notices an empty room far off, walks to the door, goes inside, and sits on the floor.]

[just sits there, with her hands over her face, breathing in and out] God damn it, John. Why do you have to be like THAT?! I wonder how Sherlock can ever contain his feelings. When I try, I just get so pent up to the point where I explode. Wonder if that ever happens to him? OF COURSE IT DOESN'T. He has better control over his feelings then YOU do. You are a child. If you can't control yourself, then you aren't capable of doing anything.

You are going to go back there and you are going to face him. You weren't a soldier for nothing. [gets up off the floor, walks out, and works her way to 221 B. She opens the door and casually walks up the stairs. She goes into the kitchen knowing Sherlock is in the living room and doesn't even glance at him.]

"Hello!" [grins getting up and wrapping his arms around her waist. Kissing her neck.]

[The cold shell snaps on, the one she was during the war and the one she was when Sherlock left. Moves herself out of his arms, still doesn't look at him, and in a very placid voice]

"Evening." [which was odd, because it came out EXACTLY the way she had said it at the pool all those years ago.]

"Fine... I'm going out."

Wait, no- JOHN. [dryly] "Fine. Get some milk, would you? We're out again."

"No... I'm not getting the milk. My plan was to try to be romantic but you pushed me away. I will not get your damn milk." [pulls on jacket and scarf and walks swiftly out the door to Lestrades, going in for a drink and ends up drunk.]

[sits on the sofa] God damn it, John. Why do you have to be so stupid?! He's right. You really are an idiot. Shut up, you told me to shut myself off, so I shut myself off. You don't like what happened, deal with it. It's your fault. It's a good thing I did, otherwise I might feel guilty right now.

[sherloxk walks in drunk]

[can hear his footsteps and tell something's off.] "You've been a while."

"Imhere ain't I?" [he slurs]

He's... SLURRING. Oh no he didn't... [casts a brief glance at him, his eyes are red; looking quite disheveled; and he's wobbling around. She bites her tongue and swallows hard, remembering the way Harry was and the way that she herself was once. How Sherlock had saved her from that. Had she... Oh, god had he done this because of HER? That wasn't fair, she couldn't do that to him.]

"Suppose you are.... Listen. Erm... You... were right. I can get my own milk, I shouldn't have been stupid enough to ask someone else to get it for me."
