Moriarty had two brothers actually. One of them was a station master, the other was a Colonel I think, and equally as evil as the Professor.

Basically, decide on a couple of people to RP with, maybe send them a private message to discuss the details and storyline. Then one of you sets up a thread in Traditional, Slash or AU and off you go.
