Sherlock (14) has been in an institution since he was ten. Nobody can get through to him. His parents got divorced and he turned to the only people he could trust. Nobody can get through to him. He created a fantasy to fit his needs, and surprisingly fast the fiction became reality.
A new doctor has come to the building, and when Sherlock gets hurt he talks to John. John just treats him like everyone else and thinks he's a fairly normal boy, but soon he finds out what's strange. Sherlock hasn't talked to a real person in three years.
