These sound like quite good ideas!

We could maybe do an AU version of Sherlock and John's first meeting. John could maybe be working at the doctor's surgery and there could be a murder or mysterious death of one of the other doctors and Sherlock is called in to investigate. You could even do something super dramatic like it's John who discovers the body and ends up with his hands covered in blood and one of the main suspects according to the police but Sherlock knows better and can find the real killer, and helps John to clear his name which is how they become friends. Then they move in together and start solving crimes together and possible romance but at least plenty of sexual tension.

Woah, don't know where that story came from, lol.

Consulting Doctors made me smile too...it kind of has a double meaning and for some reason it seems like it has some kind of sexual connotation behind it too but that's probably just my dirty mind, lol.

Anyway, I think we'll go with that one! I'll put it in the AU section then.

First I was like: Well Sherlock will be sort of consulting doctors since this is all about doctors and the main suspect is a doctor...And then later I was like.. And then the doctor moves in... Oh, my. -insert dirty thoughts here-

it's AU
Would be Sherlock being in a mafia family, a bit like Japanese mafia, yakuza?
So he is actually a criminal, a bit eccentric and all, but a crime lord nonetheless.
John is policeman undercover.
Of course Sherlock realizes right away, but he doesn't say anything to the others, because he wants to play with him
Little does he know that John will turn him good XD

Lol, I love the way you dragged Mycroft into it and made him a gangster too. It's like The Godfather or something. And John being an assasin is spot on! Suddenly feel like Jim and Seb instead of Sherlock and John...quite fun...It's far to epic to reply to at this late hour however...will reply tomorrow....

It is a bit like Sherlock's Moriarty, except that John is still a good person >> undercover XD and that it's not an organization but a family that has been evil for generations...
Sherlock will be evil >> but not as insane as Moriarty >>

We can get Moriarty in it eventually, like, him working for Sherlock or something instead of being a rival >>
